46 Newport has been from the very beginning gained favour of the nautical audience, due to elegantly extended and attractive lines, wealthy standard equipment and excellent sea keeping. Her planing hull permits a cruising speed of 26 knots in absolute safety. Besides harmonious appearance, 46 Newport provides great spaciousness, which especially applies to cockpit, but also functionally devised interior. Interior virtually offers three separate cabins, although such devised boat is perfect for a four-member crew. A fresh and completely upscale interior is decorated with inlay work and wooden doors. The luxurious owner´s stateroom is located amidship (where it should be) and equiped with bathroom separated from the box shower. Forward are two guest cabins with shared bathroom or a VIP double cabin upon request. The spacious and functional galley is on the same level. The crew cabin is accessed through the cockpit and has one single bed, toilet, sink and cupboard.
Large cockpit is a central gathering place, with an attractive aft sun bed above tender storage (up to 2,50 m). Fully open it becomes a practical bathing platform measuring 3.5 sq.mt, with a ladder and hideaway hydraulic catwalk. The cockpit area is furnished with a sofa, that can be either for sunbathing or for seating with a table and two square armchairs. Its enclosed wheelhouse separated from the cockpit by a glass door, has a semicircular sofa, an extendable table and a functional cocktail bar.
Engine offer includes twin Volvo Penta IPS 600 engines 2x345 hp, or alternative MAN 2x550 hp with which reaches up to 30 knots of top speed, while cruising speed amounts to 28 knots.
