Tryvia 1300 GT HT

The impossible made possible. A planing steel boat. Even with a light engine. Which means the fundamental breakthrough that “steel” says goodbye to its final disadvantage compared to polyester or aluminium.

Tryvia, the small boat builders company from The Netherlands, could not accept the scientific prove of this phenomena: “…. Once it was said people will never fly”! It took them 4 years and two test boats to finally present the first steel boat ever that can plane. Even with a light engine. The 11 tons of steel guarantee the stable ride, supported by the heavy keel, even when going faster. Not with the aim to go waterski, but as an additional dimension that ads to safety and comfort. To go upstream on the River with a fair speed, and not to worry about tidal currents at sea. Or to stay ahead of the professional giants that seem to chase you. And be back in the harbour before that thunderstorm. And to enlarge your cruising area in daylight. And as a bonus: safe fuel when cruising at normal speed!

The Tryvia 1300 GT Hardtop, with B – certificate, is the perfect boat for inland waterways and for bigger waters. The Tryvia invention (Speed Technology) was rewarded recently with the worldwide patent rights. And Tryvia, as a small family company building just 4 – 5 ships per year, is prepared to share its know how with other boat builders.
