Based upon not especially inspiring, straight and monotonous symmetry of the old model, 682 Explorer is available in two different versions - with either inboard or an outboard engine. Completely new APEX hull and solid construction with kevlar laminate reinforcements along the keel improve performances and decrease fuel consumption. Cockpit is equipped with swivelling skipper´s seat, armchair convertible to berth and an aft bench seat. Fishing package, as well as the hard top with which 682 obtains closed helm station, have to be purchased at extra cost, but enable complete comfort. Bow cabin, which small size is understandable, is quite sufficient for smaller family, especially since handy galley and the marine head belong to the standard equipment. Maximum engine power is 300 hp.
