With imaginative authorial design spiced with recognisable Galeazzi´s aura, Italia 70 is a prestigious model with which Italian manufacturer continues never ending race with fierce home, UK, Italian and American competition in manufacturing progressively better and more attractive boats. Built on a V-hull, Baia´s structure is capable of handling all requests unpredictable sea can submit. Enormously large cockpit protected by hard top with sliding opening has been constructed in the "open space" variant, and closes using the folding glass outer wall (stored inside hard top). Aback is situated large sun bed on the garage area hatch, while the stern platform has hydraulics for facilitating manipulation of the auxiliary boat.
Under deck interior is not less impressive and consists of four cabins (each with the proper toilet area) and integral galley. Two cabins are luxurious (owner´s and VIP), while the guest ones have separted berths (fourth is reduced to the smallest possible area with double bunks). Deep-lacquered wooden surfaces and upholstery are on the level required by the class Italia 70 belongs to.
Engine choice includes options of MTU 12V 2000 M93-1822 hpX2 or CAT C32 ACERT-1825 hpX2 with Arneson Drive ASD 14 propulsion. With MTU pair, Italia 70 develops maximum speed of impressive 52 knots and cruises at 46 knots by 2450 rpm. Cruising fuel consumption is 300 litres per hour x 2, and top speed fuel consuptom amount 360 ltr/h for each engine.
