Four years after it made its official debut, the model that confirmed Tecnomar´s leading position in the "open yacht" sector presents its first restyling and also adds many new features. At first glance, the "New Velvet 35" impresses for its wide windows ahead of the hard top roof.
The Shipyard has always emphasized the "play of light and shadows" when designing all of its models, but in this most recent version, thanks to a new "skylight-windshield", its designers have taken this model to the next level, by combining the even more aggressive "dynamism" of its lines with more light and a spectacular panoramic view in the main saloon.
Particularly noteworthy is the play of light and shadows that fills the spaces under the deck through wider windows in the hull and especially through the glass surfaces in the living area.
Remove the roof and there you have a luxury flybridge yacht!
After many years of great success for open yachts, Tecnomar is so confident that the flying bridge models will rapidly enter the market that it believes that the opens will naturally evolve into a new "sport-flybridge" yacht. The Velvet´s new 35-meters will further develop its "standard" version in this direction, even if open-yacht fans will still have the chance to install an automatic "full open" roof. The sun bathing/living area at bow has also been restyled and imitates the successful solution previously experimented in the Velvet 100.
