Currently the smallest in GLS series (Glastron Luxury Sport), the all new GLS 195 is an affordable priced trailerable, with all the sophistication and dramatic styling of a GLS bowriders. Perfectly sized for skiing and wakeboarding, the GLS 195 is a multi-purpose vessel, suitable for most water activities. Her main characteristic is plenty of room in the cockpit and possibility of plenty different seat arrangements. Adequate for this model is an engine with recommendable power of 135 - 270 HP. It is necessary to pay attention to the fact that she develops maximum speed in just few seconds. Namely, because of her small weight, acceleration is stronger than expected (in 7 seconds up to 26 kn with 190-hp Volvo 4.3 GL). The boat´s responsiveness to the steering wheel moves is precise and prompt, while planing is smooth and safe.
The basic layout includes adjustable SuspensionAire bucket seats w/flip-up bolsters, aft bench seat/sunlounge, molded extended swim platform, ski locker with mat & hinged lid, and walk-thru windshield w/full side wings. AM/FM/CD stereo with four speakers & MP3 adaptor are standard, and the GLS 195 has good storage space. Possibility of the single adding of the numerous optional equipment enables that every owner have arranged craft at one´s own discretion and financial possibilities.
Built on a lightweight hull, a single 190 hp Volvo stern drive engine provides very adequate performance. The GLS 195 will cruise easily at 22 knots and reach a top speed of about 41 knots. The cruising speed consumption is 24 ltr/h with cruising range of 106 miles.
