Maxum runabouts´ constructions have to be able to endure all demands of the unpredictable sea. This is enabled by the new MaxTrac system with which hull is 70% stiffer then when made by conventional methods. An integrated fibreglass strengthened box beam with transversal bulkheads is placed in the bottom. Filled with foam and laminated directly into the hull, it represents stiff longitudinal stringer on which is moulded fibreglass cockpit liner with integrated storage compartments that provide additional strength and easy maintenance. 2100 SC3 has spacious cockpit with two pilot seats, aft L shaped bench and picnic table with drink holders. The small cabin is equipped with a bed and portable toilet. Runabout is delivered with standard MerCruiser engine of 220HP. Those who want more powerful engines, can choose among four another MerCruisers up to 300 HP.
