In the top class of motor yachts up to 15 meters BAVARIA presents another model from their new SPORT-line: The SPORT 450 is the new flagship of the motor yacht fleet at BAVARIA and you will be surprised with even more luxury and a more powerful drive to add even more exhilaration. For almost a year, the product management took time to analyze customer requirements and to incorporate the experiences of its worldwide dealer network in the new concept of SPORT 450. In addition to the SPORT 450 OPEN, HARD TOP and SOFT TOP, for the first time a COUPE version is being built as the largest motor yacht from BAVARIA.
"The wealth of experience of the BAVARIA development teams, we were able to work out the best of all ideas and solutions for a motor yacht of this size. Sporty handling and a comfortable and luxurious layout, with many clever details, stood us in good focus, "explains Norbert Leifeld who has joined the team as a product manager to develop the new SPORT 450.
For the styling lines of the new SPORT 450, Marco Casali and his team of Italian design agency TOO DESIGN will be responsible. In the Hull form, all the knowledge of Naval Architects of Insenaval SL can be seen. The modern, stylish and functional interior was designed by the design team at BAVARIA in collaboration with the interior designers at Design Unlimited.
The cockpit area on the SPORT 450 has been redesigned with improved ergonomic shapes on the dashboard at the helm with his logical layout of the instruments and control panels. All important information for the skipper is clear to see. Perfect seating comfort with a 360-degree view of the entire SPORT 450 make driving the boat very convenient for the driver.
Behind the helm you will find a wet bar, which can be optionally upgraded with a grill, a freezer and refrigerator. On the port side, everything is designed for relaxation and enjoyment in the cockpit. In addition to the excellent passenger seating, the sunbathing area is in the right place for relaxed hours including a perfect view when traveling at speed. On the large cockpit table there is enough space to seat eight to ten friends and guests for dinner.
Among the large and comfortable lounge area on the rear of the Sport 450 is a dinghy garage or alternatively storage space for everything you need for activities on a sunny day on the water. Diving equipment, folding bikes, and more can find their place.
Optionally, the new SPORT 450 is supplied in a 2 or 3-cabin version. The luxurious master cabin in the bow is the same in both versions and offers a King Size bed format and a wet room and a separate shower. The owner couple is so completely self-sufficient by themselves. Complete luxury as well in the VIP cabin on the SPORT 450 in the two-cabin version. Also in this version an own wet room with separate shower is available for guests. Plenty of room for preparing a large dinner provides the long pantry on the port side in the two-cabin version of the new SPORT 450.
Two spacious cabins aft are provided in the 3-cabin version of the SPORT 450, so up to six people can sleep on the luxurious SPORT 450. To relax in the evening or with two additional guests, the optionally lowering saloon table can be converted into a large reclining surface on top of the coffee table.
The engines for the new BAVARIA SPORT450 are already known and proven concepts from Volvo Penta with the basic option being the well proven twin D6-370 with a total of 740 hp. More power on the water brings the D6-400 engine options with a total of 800 hp. High End and maximum driving fun can be offered by two IPS-600 with 870 hp total. All IPS systems and Z-drives are also available with joystick so maneuvering safely and accurately can be achieved with ease.
