Sophisticated cruiser built on a solid, deep-V hull, specifically designed for the new Volvo Penta IPS 500 inboard performance system. She has all the elements of the comfortable sporting yacht, including large cockpit and luxurious interior. Interior plan is conventional. It has owner´s forward cabin, two heads with shower, saloon with an integral galley and a guest mid cabin. Dominating material is wood and American white oak with satin finish is standard, or customer can choose between shiny lacquered American cherry and Eucalyptus, available as a cost-option. As in other Targas, cockpit is constructed in two parts. First part contains bolstered helm seat, adjustable horizontally and vertically. Other part comprises retractable powered hard top, aft seat with sunbed conversion, central dining area and obligatory wet bar beside it, outfitted with a sink, hot and cold water, glass and bottle storage and optional 240V electrical griddle plate. Sunbathing places are all over, on the aft seat and on the bow deck. Twin Volvo Penta IPS 500 D6-370 EVC will deliver the Targa 44 top speed of around 34 knots.
