After more than 15 years, the production of one of the most popular and sold Fiart boats, 32 Genius, is being stopped. This year’s Genova boat show saw a promotion of the Fiart newest model, Fiart 34 Genius. It has been completely designed and developed by computer, and built by using vacuum technology, ensuring very strong and lightweight construction. Advanced vacuum technology has been implemented during year 2005, and since then every Fiart boat was built using it.
The boat has retained very low silhoutte and sporty look, with completely flat bow without any relieves, enabling great usage of bow deck spaces and easy movement over deck. By this, cabin height has not been lowered, in fact it has been raised to almost 2 meters.
The cockpit is classicaly Fiart’s, containing functional hydraulic table in the floor, very big and numerous lockers, of which the one below deck is as big as on the Fiart 38 Genius. On the left side there is small galley corner with fridge, sink and berbecue. The cockpit floor is covered with teak, just as the bathing stern platform, which is big enough to store a rubber dinghy. Dashboard is designed very modernly, but it remained functional and besides all the necessary instruments there can be mounted nice and big GPS plotter.
Under deck there are two spacy and completely separated cabins, front with double and stern with twin berths. Interesting is that all the berths are installed on longitudinal axis, thus reducing rolling of the boat at berth or at anchor. It is really uniqe within the 34 feet class. Comfortable saloon is equipped with C-shaped sofa with folding table, converting to double berth, and galley with two sinks, fridge and stove. Bathroom is classical with electrical toilette.
Fiart 34 Genius certainly has exceptional performances, having in mind his predcessor Fiart 32 Genius had one of the best Fiart hulls. Maximum speed with most powerful engines reaches 36 knots, while cruising speed is around excellent 30 knots, regardless the engines.
