By presenting the new 50-footer and its current flag ship, Fiart suggests that, regarding technology and ideas, it does not intend to lag behind European top notch shipbuilders of luxurious sporting cruisers. Appearance is mature and egocentric, accordingly energetic and natural, supplemented with charming and suggestively devised interior, which eventually results in perfect compromise between freedom of the open space and high comfort of the inner area. Besides double helm seat, cockpit comprises semi-circular settee and belonging wet bar equipped with sink, grill and chopping board (there is also place for an optional ice maker). Aft part of the cockpit has U-shaped settee convertible to spacious berth by lowering hydraulic-assisted table. Large swim platform lined with teak (as well as the whole cockpit) is perfect place for swimmers, while during ride serves for keeping auxiliary boat. Radar arch, towering over cockpit, holds antennas for VHF, GPS and TV, while inside is storage for canvas that protects cockpit from sizzling sun or short and unexpected summer shower. Interior has three cabins - master stateroom with own head and two guest cabins that share another head. Optional is the third, single, cabin with own toilet and separate entrance for the skipper. Saloon and a facing galley occupy the central area (two additional sleeping places are obtained by lowering table). First hard top boat from Fiart Mare boatyard, Fiart 50 Genius Top Style, has been launched in August, after many years of building only classical open boats, typical for Mediterranean. The trend of presenting hard top boats could not be avoided, thus Fiart has designed and constructed exceptional new boat.
As always until now, Fiart 50 Top Style has been designed in a recognizable way, and it succesfully combined classical elegance with the most modern solutions. Therefore, hard top is completely made of carbon that can even be seen, giving the boat a sporty and exclusivity accent. Reduced weight of the hard top construction retained low center of gravity, which ensures almost sporty performances and wonderful maritime handling.
Glass surfaces cover a great part of the hard top, ensuring good visibility from the helm and cockpit. Opening on the top consists of two dark glass parts, front one can electrically be opened. Height in the cockpit is outstanding, meaning you can even navigate the boat when standing with hard top closed.
It is interesting that hard top managed to divide cockpit in two parts, sunlight zone and sunshade zone, which is not usually seen on the hard top boats of that size, and they are mostly too closed. The ventilation is guaranteed, naturally through ventilation ducts on the bow side of the cockpit and through the sunroof.
The cockpit is traditional, it means that like every proper Fiart it contains hydraulic table in the floor which can easily be transformed to huge sunbathing platform. Besides this table, and like the open version of the boat, it also contains another folding table, positioned fore near the helm. Main table can easily host 12 persons, while outside galley with barbecue, icemaker and other equipment, makes Fiart 50 Top Style ideal for the larger group of people.
Interior is the same as on the model 50 Genius, and it means 3 luxurious cabins and 2 bathrooms, spacy and comfortable saloon with galley, and there is possibility of skipper’s cabin.
Fiart 50 Top Style holds the medal by being the first Fiart with new IPS system combined with less power engines, not loosing high performances and good manouvrability, having significantly lower consumption (Volvo D6 sa IPS600). In such configuration the top speed amounts 34 kn, and cruise 28 kn.
