The new Prestige 42 S differs from her sister ship (42 Fly, launched two years ago) in more modern style, with numerous comparative advantages for discriminating customers. This is a 13,20-metre open with contemporary, fluid lines, which was conceptualized by the renowned Italian cabinet, Garroni Designers, one of the most respected names in marine design.
The hull, designed for exceptional stability and security at sea, consistently gives a first class performance, powered by a VOLVO (2x370 HP) twin engine. Entrusted to the talented American designer, Michael Peters, it has been specially adapted to hold the new propulsion system, Volvo Penta IPS, tomorrow’s choice for boats that are quieter, faster, cleaner and easier to handle.
The cockpit is sheltered by large, electrically controlled opening sunroof (Sport Top model), which floods this area with light and fresh air. The exterior is equiped with a spacious saloon beneath the Sport Top, two wide sundecks fore and aft, and a large swim platform. A clever dinghy storage locker is located aft.
Bright and spacious, the interior boasts two large cabins (master is aft, with large window), two private bathrooms, and an extremely comfortable saloon. The beautiful crafted furnishings are elegant and functional.
