Powerful cruiser in own category (novelty of 2002) indicates that Maxum´s designers promptly follow all the happenings in nautical industry. Design is not too radical, but quite contemporary and distinctive which gives insight to the future models´ appearance. Features that devotees of such vessels like are large cockpit with plenty of room for sitting and sunbathing combined with good performances that, besides fast planing, enable engaging in other water sports. New Maxum 2900 can provide all this, but surprising is lack of a wet bar as a part of the standard equipment. Interior also offers more space than usually, primarily because bow berth is positioned transversely. However, this position makes comfortable sleeping of two above-average tall adults questionable.
