At the Gothenburg Boat show, Nord West will launch the fourth version of their much appraised 37 footer: the Nord West 370 Sports Top. Already launched models include the 370 flybridge, coupe, open sports boat and the Nord West 370 Sport, which was awarded the Boat Innovation Award after its launch in Stockholm.
To give owners a longer cruising season, North West offers the Sports Top version with more protection to the cockpit, albeit with a large opening section. Otherwise she is all-identical to the Nord West 370 Sport, with the same exceptional performance, qualities and character.
The accommodation onboard is exceptional with a full sized owner’s cabin incorporating a large double island berth. Mid-ships is a spacious guest cabin with twin child berths or a large double, and a very comfortable sofa in the saloon converts to additional berths.
The 370 sports cruisers have a relocated galley with Corian worktop, gas or electrical hob, stainless steel twin sink, combination microwave with BBQ griddle, 130L refrigerator and easy access to the crockery, cutlery and glassware (included). In addition to the internal galley there is an ergonomically designed wet bar in the cockpit, giving owners the opportunity to cater both inside and out depending on the weather restrictions and mood of the “moment”.
Nord West believe that the design of their new cockpit was all important. These areas should offer owners space to socialise and relax, as well as incorporating safe and secure comfort seating whilst cruising. The cockpit wet bar, incorporates a sink with hot and cold water, electric BBQ griddle, 65L refrigerator and position for an ice-maker to serve refreshing cold drinks. This important facility houses good size storage and can be closed off at sea. The well proportioned table is electrically operated and in its lowered position forms the base of a generous sun bed.
All 370 models come complete with superior woodwork, exemplary soundproofing, stainless steel window surrounds, teak decking with state of the art electrical systems; LED lighting controlled by dimmers and electric lifting hatches. Add performance and handling described by MBM in October 2008 as the ”best handling in the world”, and you have a line up which is considered unbeatable.
