The Nautitech 46 Open has been designed for people who love traveling on the sea. It doesn’t matter whether this is only for a few days or for an extended journey. The joy of lying at anchor in secluded coves, or sailing at speed from port to port – with the Nautitech 46 Open you can experience all this without sacrificing comfort or luxury.
The first Nautitech 46 Open will be available to test sail in the spring of 2016. Make an appointment with your local dealer now to make sure you get your turn.
The Nautitech 46 Open from Bavaria Catamarans is manufactured in Rochefort on the Atlantic Ocean. She is the embodiment of over thirty years of experience in the construction of cruising catamarans by the French and just as much expertise in interior design and working with wood by Bavaria Yachts from Germany. The Nautitech 46 Open was drafted by Marc Lombard, one of the most successful yacht designers in France. Yachts designed by Marc Lombard guarantee perfect sailing performance and seagoing hulls. The elegant and functional design below deck comes from the pen of Stéphane Roséo and his team at Studio Roséo Design.
Controlling a catamaran with your fingertips alone, feeling every gust of wind and the acceleration of the Nautitech 46 Open – that is the joy of catamaran sailing. Aboard the Nautitech 46 Open you can experience all of this from both the port and the starboard helm stands on the hulls. Always having the course, the horizon and the sail in view without losing visual contact with the crew is one of the many great advantages of the Nautitech 46 Open.
Life aboard a Nautitech 46 Open is defined by comfort and plenty of space for spending relaxed hours at sea. The cockpit and the large saloon with galley, lounge area and plenty of space to relax becomes a living space. With Bavaria Catamarans, this is called the Open Concept. Dinner with friends and guests, peaceful time with family – it all happens on one level.
The Nautitech 46 Open is built in a three- of four-cabin version, as per the owner’s request. In the three-cabin version, the owner has their own suite with bedroom, workspace, shower and bathroom, and of course plenty of storage space. In the four-cabin version, all cabins have an unusual amount of space and of course a wide berth. It goes without saying that a large bathroom with shower and all the associated comforts are a matter of course.
