Croatian Boat of the Year 2017
Wishing to present variety of its interests, nautical catalogue nauCAT decided again to organise selecting of the 'Croatian Boat of the Year'. Many new boats are introduced and improved every year in the boating industry. This year nauCAT has selected 27 of those boats as the top products which are selling on Croatian market.
Naucat’s Competition essentially differs from similar ones by the fact that boat of the year is selected by the profession itself - manufacturers, while nauCAT's role is solely to put this guidelines in sensible order.
By including world manufacturers as voters, "Croatian boat of the year" gained additional gravity, because the best acknowledgment is the one given by immediate market competitor. Besides, who knows better quality of the boats manufactured in own and competitive shipyards than manufacturers themselves, since being in trend means carefully watching over competitors doings and inventions?
Nominated boats for competition "Croatian boat of the year 2017" are divided into 3 categories and 6 groups. In each group, awarded will be one boat.
All details on voting will be enclosed with each ballot paper. Voting right is granted to all the boat manufacturers which boats are sold on the Croatian market, regardless whether they have nominated their boats for this year's election or not. Everyone with voting right, who did not receive the ballot paper, should contact nauCAT by mail (era1938@naucat.com) and we will send voting materials upon request. Deadline for official voting is 20 January 2017.
Voting is obligatory for the manufacturers who have nominated boats, but it isn’t allowed to vote for Group where is his boat.
By their voting in this Competition manufacturers verify nominations of their boats. Manufacturers who fail to vote will lose all votes given to their boats (see all details in "Regulations").
