The aim of the invention “Easypower” is to have the self-tailing winches function with less exertion of power. Thanks to Easypower, even women and children can turn winches where otherwise the strength of an adult male force would be required. When sailing for a long duration of time in strong wind, the endurance of the crew would be increased via Easypower. With Easypower, twospeed self-tailing winches become four speed; three-speed self-tailing winches become six-speed. Easypower can easily be installed and uninstalled within 2-3 minutes on most of the already existing winches of any brand without any alteration or operation on the winch.
