The new Quick Genius GP2 replaces the original and very successful Genius range of windlasses from Quick. The GP2 features an new, sleeker case made from hard anodised alloy, a completely waterproof (IP66) motor and an epicyclical gearbox on the 1500/2000 that is claimed be around 40% more efficient than standard gears.
• Horizontal on-deck windlasses
• Anodized alluminium in hard oxide base
• White composite material base (GP2 500)
• Rope and chain on a single gypsy
• Integrated sensor and magnet for chain counter
• Available with manual Free-Fall system (GP2 500 only manual)
• Supplied with pressure lever
• IP66 watertight motor
• Epicyclical gearbox (GP2 1500-2000)
