CSMarine - Underwater video system
Technical details
Producer: WAECO (SE)

The WAECO´s PerfectView CSMarine video system is able to see up to 18 metres underwater, its "eye" being a sturdy camera integrated in a plastic housing and directly connected to a 5" b/w monitor.
Even in complete darkness, the system delivers crisp-clear images of objects up to two metres away. Infra-red LEDs integrated in the camera head make this possible. In order to ensure reliable operation anytime and anywhere, the underwater video system is powered by a rechargeable battery. A fully charged battery will provide up to three hours of non-stop operation. It is also possible to connect a second camera, if required. The battery can be recharged from either the 230-volt socket or the 12-volt battery of the boat, car or mobile home. When not in use, the whole system can be stowed away in a practical nylon bag that is convenient to carry.
CSMarine lends itself to a variety of interesting applications. Boat owners will appreciate the video system as a convenient tool to check the hull for algae deposits or mussels. Regular inspection will reveal minor defects at an early stage and prevent major repairs. Other potential groups of CSMarine users include police rescue forces, fire brigades and technical service crews. In these applications, the system enables fast search and rescue operations. On top of that, underwater obstacles can be spotted quickly and professionally.
Last but not least, PerfectView CSMarine is ideal for various leisure activities. Anglers, for instance, can check their nets and fish traps quickly and conveniently. Aqua-phobics and biologists can study marine habitats without disturbing the underwater fauna. A useful accessory is the universal camera holder PerfectView accessory RV-28KH, which can be fastened on a telescope rod.
