GPSMAP 78 is a high-sensitivity GPS receiver with built-in worldwide basemap and a crisp colour screen. It’s IPX7 waterproof and even floats on water.

Compatible with BlueChart® g2 preloaded map cards or City Navigator NT® map data for turn-by-turn routing by road.

With a simple connection to your computer and to the Internet, you can get a detailed analysis of your activities and send tracks to your outdoor GPS handheld using Garmin Connect™.

GPSMAP 78s adds a barometric altimeter, tilt-compensated 3-axis compass and wireless sharing capabilities with compatible Garmin units.
