SK200 DIY Minikit for repairs on fiberglass is consisting of: polyester resin, paste hardener, fiberglass cloth, mixing cup.
In a DIY size pack all the experience and the effectiveness of a professional product.
With SK200 one can fix any minor damage and easily fill gaps in fiberglass, metal and plastics. SK200 small size pack with only 200 gr. of resin avoids any costly waste of the product, even allowing non-expert users to work indipendently.
Repairing a hole or a lesion is simple:
1. clean and sand the surface to be repaired with coarse sandpaper
2. mix the amount of resin needed to repair, with its hardener paste (tube included). The mixing percentage is 3% (= the size of 1 grain of coffee of hardener for each tablespoon of resin)
3. precut the fiberglass fabric to the size needed and impregnate it with the previously mixed resin.
4. let the fabric adhere to the surface to be repaired and if needed, brush more mixed resin on it
5. wait until complete hardening, which takes about an hour. Then you can proceed with using any filling, painting, etc..
SK200 perfectly reconstructs damaged fiberglass, restoring the original strength of the surface treated.
