Blue Guard Innovations has developed the world’s first smart bilge pump switch with an integrated oil and fuel detector to help mitigate the risk of oil and fuel discharge from the vessel’s bilge. The patented BG-One functions as a bilge pump switch when detecting water and is capable of “selective pumping” when oil is detected in the bilge.
